Kollin Claridy '23 Recruiting Profile

Coachable, competitive, calm, and confident! These are four adjectives that my coaches have used to best describe me over the years. Let me introduce myself. I am Kollin Claridy, 6’ 1 combo guard at The McCallie School, an all boys college preparatory school located in Chattanooga, TN. In addition to playing at McCallie, I have also played for Chattanooga Elite (AAU Team) over the past five years. 

According to my coaches and teammates, I am an exceptional ball handler, uses keen vision and has court awareness, a precision passer, stays calm and level headed under pressure, encourages and motivates my teammates, creates shots off the dribble with a precision 3-point shot, and a tenacious defender. 

I am not only dedicated on the basketball court; I am more importantly dedicated in the classroom. As a well-rounded student athlete in the class of 2023, I aspire to play and purse a secondary education at a D1 college/university. 

Now that the semester has ended and the AAU basketball summer season is up in the air as a result of Covid-19, I am spending my days working out and perfecting my game.
