Strengths

• - Nice size and length for a high school Junior(2025) 6'6" 180lbs, Guard/Forward. Very mature, respectful young man on & off the court with leadership skills... Solid Student-athlete.  Good basketball IQ & motor.  Birman is a Skilled 3-point shooter with Advanced Post & Midrange Offensive Skills. Has the footwork and length to be a plus defender in time, especially on the perimeter and help-side defense.  
• - Can score the ball on all three levels. He is a student of the Triple Threat Fundamentals. Birman III has the potential to be One of the best basketball scorers in the country in his class.  He is One of the few scorers you will find that uses Bank shots consistently & effectively. Good Free Throw Shooter. Smooth with the ball in his hands and does not over-dribble the ball.  Changes speeds and directions impressively. Shotmaker who can get to his spots by using angles out of a variety of different moves for midrange pullup jumpers & attacking the rim. Very impressive hesitation moves going left & right. Creative finisher uses deception & angles really well in the midrange and post.  Can finish at rim off of one foot or two feet with either hand and has a floater game.   Birman III has the potential to grow to at least 6'8"
• Birman III favorite players are with similar personality, speed, footwork, & midrange-post skills of Jason Tatum, Kris Middleton, Devon Booker, & Demar Derozan.
• - Good Rebounder. Even though Birman III is a very skilled offensive player, Because of his guard skills and rebounding, he enhances team transition passing and scoring tremendously.

Improvement areas

• Continue to work on his Competitor Mindset
• Continue to improve agility, strength, and full court guard skills.
• Better shooter off the dribble than off the catch at this stage of his career. His three-point shooting is getting better each week with confidence, strength, and repetition. His goal is shoot 90% FT, 50% FG, & 40% 3PT.  
• Even though he is a good shooter, with his size and skills, he needs to continue to attack the paint & rim more.
