My goal in basketball has always been making it to the collegiate level, whether it's for academics or for the level of competition that comes with it in sports. I think college is a great experience for anyone who has the capability to do it, not only for sports and academics but for life lessons and helping you out in the real world. As far as sports go, especially basketball, I have a great work ethic and I respect my coaches and fellow teammates. The same goes for academics, as I try my hardest to do good in school and I'm respectful towards my teachers.
As of 2022, I am a freshman and play the power forward/center position for my high school basketball team. My skillset is shifted mainly towards making shots and rebounding in the post-area. However, I also have the capability of driving in from the 3-point area and making mid-range or 3-point shots. The goal for my high-school years is to get better at ball-handling, shooting, and become even more of an outside threat on offense. I still have a lot more potential and I'm going to keep working hard and building confidence so I can be the best player I'm capable of.
