My athletic goals are to play at the next level and to become the best basketball player and person I can be. Basketball has a big part of my life since a young age. I fell in love with the game and haven't looked back since. It is what I enjoy doing the most and I have also made life long friends playing the game. I believe I am a good fit for a college program because I am a smart player who can spread the floor with an outside shot while also being able to finish at the rim. I also bring good athleticism to the table along with solid defense and rebounding.
Also, academically I am very strong. I have a 3.9 GPA and take all honors and advanced honors classes. I made a 25 on my most recent ACT and plan to retake it this fall. Along with being on the basketball team, I am also a member of Student council, DECA, Siegel United, National Honors Society, and BETA. Being involved in these extracurricular activities has taught me time management, made me more dependable, and become an overall better person. These are the reasons I would make a good candidate for a college basketball program.
