My parents have had a huge impact on my life, simply by just showing me what grinding truly is. Seeing them wake up every single day to go to work when they don't want to is a motivation factor for me and it causes me to work harder to become not only the best player but the best man I can be. I fell in love with the game of basketball at the age of 3. Basketball has taught me life lessons such as teamwork, integrity, self- discipline, sacrifice, commitment, leadership, never to give up and that anything is possible. This year in school I was blessed enough to receive all district 2nd team honors as well as Defensive MVP for my high school.
I am a student athlete, meaning I am a student before I'm an athlete so I have high expectations for myself academically. I want to graduate in the top 10 percentile of my class and maintain a GPA of 3.6 throughout high school. As far as college goes, I aspire to be a communications major, attend a 4 year university and graduate with my bachelor's degree. I possess leadership skills, and my parents have shaped me into a young man with great character along with a relentless work-ethic to be able to step into any college program and make an immediate impact in a positive way. I know that I possess what it takes to not only be a player, but a leader on your team!
