My name is Jordan Gutierrez and I am a Senior at Lanier High School. This is my second year as a starting varsity basketball player. I have also played AAU basketball for TX Hardwork and played against elite competition in Dallas, Las Vegas, and Kansas City. I also do plyofit and I am in the gym 5-6 days out of the week trying to improve my game. I'm thankful for the love and support provided by my family, especially my parents who always push me to reach my potential and never give up on me. They've always taught me to use basketball as a tool to keep myself disciplined, focused, and determined throughout my life's challenges. My dream is to play college basketball at any level and I will keep striving to be the best I can be.
