My goals at this point in my High School career is to focus on my academic and basketball programs including AAU. I am very dedicated to keeping a balance between these two very important goals since my aspirations are to go to college and play basketball. I started playing organized basketball at the early age of 7. My entire elementary, middle school and high school years I have enjoyed being part of my community's basketball leagues, schools and AAU teams. I have always done very well in my academic studies. The many years of basketball practice and formal training has allowed me to excel as a shooting and point guard. In season 2013-2014 at Briar Woods HS during my sophomore year I was the point guard for the Varsity team. I strive to be a team player and I understand my role as a point/shooting guard. I consider myself a dedicated and reliable student and player. My strong sense of who I am as an individual combined with being a quiet leader that leads by example and actions on and off the court is what makes me standout from the crowd.
