My collegiate goal is to attend college as a student-athlete to play basketball while earning a degree in business administration. I currently maintain a 3.0 GPA while I consistently develop my basketball skills. I believe I am a good candidate for college coaches seeking a strong and physical point guard that rebounds and defends well. My experience facilitating, leading a team and scoring will provide colleges the versatility that's necessary to win games.
I have been a passionate basketball player since the first grade. One of the highlights of my basketball career to date was leading my 13U AAU Higher Level AAU team to a Final Eight appearance in the National AAU Tournament. As a freshman at John Paul the Great Catholic School, I played full time on JV and started every game. During my sophomore season I continued to develop my in-game playmaking skills and impact as a point guard/facilitator. My commitment now is to get stronger, quicker, more consistent on my mid-range shot and become a top defensive guard to assist with my desire to win championships at a college level. My short term goal is to contribute as a starter during my Junior year and maintain a 3.5 GPA. My long term goal is to play basketball at a college that will be a great fit for me and my growing skill-sets, and offer me the best advantages and tools for life after basketball.
