My Mom and Grandparents have given so much to me throughout my life and have provided me with all the love and support I need to succeed. I want to go on to college and play basketball at a higher level and repay them for everything they have done. I want be successful for myself and to show them that it was not all for nothing.
I have been told by my coaches that I listen very well, am extremely coachable and play whatever role my team needs me to play. If I need to be a scorer, I can be one. If I need to be the defensive presence, I can be that. What makes me different from other players is that I am very unselfish, I play as a team. I want my team to win and I will play whatever role they need me to, to get it done. I am very even-tempered and always in control of my emotions, I don’t break. In addition to that, I am respectful of my coaches, the officials and of my teammates. Basketball is my passion, its where I belong and I want to take it as far as I can.
