Jalen King '17 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals and aspirations are to receive a basketball scholarship to a good school and contribute to the success of their basketball program.  I also aspire to receive a college degree and make it to the next level in my basketball career.  I will be a good candidate for any team because I will bring my size and athleticism to the forefront and try to become a leader in several key categories, such as rebounding, shot blocking, defending and scoring. I am different from other recruits because I come from a family that has taught me to not only be a good athlete, but to also be a good student and citizen.  I have also always been taught that athletics are important, but getting an education is most important.  I have been able to excel so far, both on the court and in the classroom and plan to continue to do so to reach my ultimate goal which is to be a successful college graduate and professional ball player.
