2017 HighlightsPersonal Statement
One thing that makes me stand out as a student athlete is my academics. I have a 3.9 G.P.A and take honors classes such as Honors English, Chemistry, Biology and Calculus. I stand out as an athlete by playing two sports at the varsity level and with the way that I lead my team as the point guard. I also have a very good work ethic which is shown by me receiving the high profile of the year for my high school team, being one of the captains on my team and being selected as Prep Athlete of the Week in my region.
The main reason I want to play college basketball is because I love the game. I love to play as well as watch basketball. I have dreamed of running out onto that court in front of thousands of fans since I was a little kid. Ever since I have been playing basketball it has been my goal to play past high school. I think that my passion for the game is what makes this dream and this goal a reality.
