I am coming up to my Senior year at Pacelli HS in Stevens Point, WI. My Sophomore and Junior year, I was a starter on Varsity and earned 2nd Team All Conference both years. Had a great summer with many Varsity League Games and an AAU season that challenged me to be a better overall player. Coming up to my senior year, I decided to play football. I didn't want to regret not ever playing football. My faith has guided me, and provided adversity and challenged me in many ways. I want to be the best, make my teammates better and want to win. I pride myself on being a team player and motivating my team with my actions on and off the court. With basketball, and being a point guard, I try to be that leader and field general. I love to play fast, I am a look to pass first PG, I look for the open guy and extremely confident to take the open shot and I'm not afraid to take to the rim. Last year I finished 4th in Div 5 for 3 point %. I believe that defense can lead to offense so I'm active on defensive and hustle for rebounds. With golf, it has taught me how to stay mentally focused when I am dependent on my own score, which translates to the team score. Shake off a bad hole or a had shot and stay focused. My first year of golf, I took 2nd team all conference. With Football, my dad played college football and so excited to try something new and learn more about being a leader, depending on all your teammates for the same goal. I will be starting at receiver, and cornerback and punt and kick returns. I think the vision I see on the court, I can be beneficial to my football team. I led the conference in receiver yards and touchdowns with six, having nine total. I was selected unanimous first team all conference
I also have a job at a local golf course. When I am not playing basketball, I'm golfing and you will find me in the gym putting up shots, in my basement working on dribbling and ball control and lifting weights. I also work on plyometric workouts, sprints, bands. Anything I can do to give myself an edge. My dad always says, no excuses, never give up. This is how I approach life and my love of basketball and golf and most recently football. When others are playing video games, I'm putting in work. I believe there are opportunities for everyone and I'm not afraid to take the chance. I don't want to live with any regrets. Thank you for your interest in me.
