Living in rural Wyoming has given me the opportunity to grow up humble and to be competitive. I have learned that I can accomplish difficult tasks thru hard work and thinking thru obstacles. My work ethic is outstanding and I have grown up with my parents demanding that I do my best in sports and in life. I started playing basketball in the Jr. Jazz basketball program in third grade and then played on a traveling team until eighth grade and then I started playing high school basketball. My goals for high school and college are the same, to meet new people, learn all that I can to succeed in life and gain an education. I have over come getting hit by a truck when I was twelve years old, this helped me to realize how strong I really am and that if I treat my body with respect it will take care of me. I have been taught to work hard for what I want and to push thru when things are hard.
