Dino Turk '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello coaches, my name is Dino Turk and I’m 16 years old. This is my second year of diving at Pompaurag High School, I am now a junior this year. My sophmore year I fell in love with the sport and i’m hoping to continue my journey into college. During my sophmore season I placed 4th in my conference championship and 9th out of 15 in state qualifiers. During the offseason I trained at Elite diving club and worked on my skills. I’m currently at the start of my school season and am making strides in my progress. I’m learning harder dives as the season progresses and I continue to discipline myself during competition and practice. My first meet this year I already qualified for states and the conference championship. Academic wise, this year my GPA is a 3.5 with 1 AP class and last year it was 3.7 with 1 Honors class. My team, Pomperaug Swim and Dive won SWC championships my fist year. My team and I work hard and all possess teamwork and dedication. This in turn led me to be nominated as captain for my senior year. I hope I’ve sparked interest in you coaches and look forward to speaking with you in the future. Thanks - Dino
