Matthew Singer '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Matthew Singer. I am a senior in high school, and I have been diving for all 4 years. I live in Georgia and made state for diving my junior year and my senior year. My last high school dive season is coming to an end and I am interested in continuing in college. I am willing to take the next step in this sport, including learning new dives and starting on higher boards and platforms. I have always enjoyed the feeling of flipping, turning, and spinning ever since I was younger, and I am very happy that I was able to come across the sport of diving when I went into high school. Diving has led me to making new friends as well as learn lessons, whether its lessons in the pool or outside of it. Something I have learned from diving is that progress takes time and patients, and nothing happens overnight.
