Ethan Smith '22 Recruiting Profile

I have been blessed to have the opportunity to play multiple sports for most of my life. Upon entering my freshman year in high school I decided to try diving. I have been hooked ever since that first leap off of the board. Aside from the adrenaline rush that this sports provides, I also enjoy the difficulity and technicality aspects of the sport. My goal is to compete at the next level and to be able to add value to not only the diving team, but to also be a support to the swim program through scoring well as a diver. I am a very determined and driven individual and am willing to put my best foot forward at all times. I typically run towards things that will challenge me, and I've never been afraid of hard work. Being willing to put myself in challenging situations can be seen not only on the diving board or in cross country, but my hard work is also shown in the classroom. I am a quiet leader that will always lead by example.
