As a freshman coming into high school, I had no guidance on my next steps as well as if I was going to do any sports in high school. This was until I found the sport of diving. I immediately fell in love with the sport. Quickly after starting diving, I saw great improvement in my skills as I started climbing in my score as well as in difficulty of the dives until I finally broke the freshman six and eleven dive records. As time grew, my passion for the sport continually grew as well as my goals for the sport in general. My current goals for my high school career are to break my current school records as well as win a state title for my school; however, I aspire to continue my passion for diving at the college level. Academic wise, I have a 3.85 GPA and I always put my full effort into everything, especially in my athletics. In diving, I strive to push myself to achieve the greatest that I can and I always find it in myself to do the new/difficult dives that I do. My saying is if I want to be better and different from the rest, I have to do the things they won't and go the extra mile and push myself to do two more dives than they do as well as work harder than they do.
