I joined diving my freshman year, as a hobby not expecting much and just expecting to dive and do it for fun but as I have grown in age so have my goals and aspirations relating to diving, I would like to dive in college, I am an ideal candidate for your college because I am a dedicated student and athlete, I have a very high commitment to school, I am a three-sport varsity athlete and a captain of all 3 of them as of my senior year. I have managed to keep nearly all A's since freshman year, as well as taking as many honors classes on top of maintaining a part-time job all 12 months of the year. My commitment to diving is strong, I don't have the resources to do diving year-round or with a competitive club, however, I do commit as much time as I can afford to in the summertime. My commitment and mental strength related to diving is very strong. I would be a valuable aspect to a college-level diving tea due to my versatility, in me doing 3 sports, if I was able to commit to 1 sport in college my skill would grow exponentially due to finally having the resources to train with big-time coaches and year-round if I can dive with a college team.
