Hunter Pietrzycki '17 Recruiting Profile

I am a junior at Parma Senior High School and have just completed my second year of diving at the division one level. I am a member of USA diving under the Cleveland Area Diving program and last spring I competed in my first regional dive meet. I currently participate on 1 and 3 meter spring board and I am working on 5 meter Platform. I really enjoy the competition and social aspects of diving and I respond well to coaching. I feel I have a high ceiling to learn and improve on dives as I have added 5 new dives in the past 3 months. In addition in to diving I am extremely active in my school.  I am a member of drama club, stage crew,  an officer for the american sign language club, peer mentoring, student council, and have served as a student ambassador  (student representative of the school) since my freshman year. My current grade point average is a 3.5 and I enjoy the languages and history.  I hope to pursue a career in psychology, sign language interpretation or education.
