Personal Statement
I am an extremely hard worker who will never back down from a challenge. No matter what, I am constantly working to better myself in order to become the best diver I can be. Be it learning completely new dives or refining the ones I already know, self-improvement is something I hold very near and dear to myself. Not only that, but the improvement of my teammates is just as important to me. Passing down my knowledge to others, in turn causing them to better themselves is extremely important. It's one thing to watch yourself improve, but it's another thing to witness your team improve with you. After all, a team isn't made up of one person, it's about how each and every person honors each other with their efforts.
