Personal Statement

I hope to be able to play the game that I so much love, while being able to receive a great education. Some of my goals and aspirations for college are to compete at a high level with other golfers around the country, and use that experience to grow as a golfer, and a person.  As part of a college team, I will provide endless support for my teammates and help maintain a positive attitude on and off the course. In 2016, I was awarded the Sportsmanship of the Year Award from the Junior Golf Association of Arizona.

I feel like I have tried to become a very well rounded person. I have spent many hours trying to better my game, while at the same time, maintaining a 4.0 GPA in the classroom. I have also learned that giving back is a critical part to being truly happy. That state of mind has helped me to attack hurdles in my golf game, and in my life.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
