My goal is to play collegiate golf at the Division I level at a good academic school. I work hard in school and golf, so I am always putting in my best effort and challenging myself. I take Pre- Ap classes as a Freshman. My junior golf journey started 1 year ago and I have learned and experienced a lot of information. One thing that It is important to me in golf is how my mental game is because one shot can be horrible but the next shot can be just how you imagined it in your head. Now that I have one season of high school matches done and 1 year of junior golf done i feel like I have mentally gotten tougher. One of my strengths in my game is if I hit a bad shot I just forget about it and move on because everyone messes up sometimes. I am working on my game everyday to better my scores. I had quite a few scores in the 70's last year. I am ready to keep learning and improving my game.
I've been around the game since I was 7 years old but decided to starts taking it serious 2 years ago. Ever since then my love for the game just keeps growing. Even though golf is considered an individual sport, I have been fortunate to be apart of great teams, which has developed my character and my team working skills. In addition to my athletic engagement, I am also a dedicated student who understands the importance of a disciplined lifestyle that balances academics and athletics.
