2022 HighlightsPersonal Statement
Golf has been my passion ever since I started playing golf at the age of four. I am a very dedicated and hard working athlete along with being a great teammate on and off the course. My dream and goal is to play at the collegiate level and compete with the best golfers in the world.
My commitment to the game became apparent in 2021 when I played golf 130 days straight. This level of commitment helped lead me to a British Columbia Provincial Championship Title. This has opened up opportunities for me to compete in many prestigious golf tournaments in the United States and Canada this season. This includes representing Team BC at the Junior Americas Cup in San Francisco, California.
Academically, I am a successful student who has been able to keep up remarkable grades while competing on a busy golf schedule during the school year. Often taking extra work home prior to tournaments to stay ahead of the class.
I hope to have to opportunity to show college coaches my focus, character, coachability and personality can contribute to a team oriented culture and program at the collegiate level and beyond.
