My name is Dylan Prasad and I am 16 years old. I am currently in grade 11 and a student at Enver Creek Secondary in British Columbia Canada. I have been playing golf for only three years. This is one of my best assets as I have not come close to peaking and my skill is getting better dramatically month by month. My high- school provides me the opportunity to balance school and golf while still maintaining high success in both. These skills will hopefully translate to the university level where I can be a successful student-athlete. My energy and passion will bring a positive entity to any golf program. I want to study anthropology and philosophy at a university as they are passions of mine. I will bring the utmost hard work and dedication to any college and that is what sets me apart from other players. I am nowhere close to my personal best and I want a university that will allow me to grow my golf game with them. I will not stop, I will not give up until all my goals are met and achieved. This passion translates into the classroom also. I currently have a 3.87GPA from my grade 9 years to my current grade and I hold top marks in many of my classes I am in. I raise a standard in my classes as I play golf every day while still maintaining high grades. playing on a college golf team and experiencing college has been my dream since I started playing golf and the journey is nowhere close to being finished. " A great leaders courage to fulfill his dreams comes from passion, not position."
