I first swung a golf club at the age of 1 and a half. Since that point forward, I have continuously been playing the game of golf. I first started competing at the age of six, in AT&T Pebble Beach Junior Golf Association events. My middle school did not have a golf team, but I switched to a different school that did in 8th grade. After that, I became part of the high school varsity golf team as a freshman, and am now the team captain for the 2017 golf season. I also now compete in NCGA events, which offer a higher competitive level. My strengths of the game would be my distance, as I can hit a 6 iron nearly 215 yards. As for my weakness, it would be taking advantage of that distance. There would be nothing I would love more than to continue my passion for golf at the college level.
