I have been playing golf for about 13 years now, and continue to work hard on my game every day. Living in Southern California, the pleasant weather gives me the opportunity to practice as much as I want. I currently play off of a scratch handicap, and continue to work on both my long game and my short game. Some notable accomplishments in 2011 include winning three of my first five events and qualifying, as an amateur, for the California State Open in September on my first try.
Accomplishments in 2012 so far include winning 2 tournaments, placing 2nd in 2 tournaments, and placing 3rd in 2 tournaments. I placed T8 at the California Junior Amateur Championship in Fresno, California on August 6-8, 2012. Please check out my profile on the Southern California Junior PGA website to see the tournaments I've played in.
I plan on majoring in business, and hope to play for a college where there is golf year round. I have a lot to offer colleges, including a good work ethic and personality. My final goals for golf are to turn pro and eventually make a living on either the Nationwide or PGA Tours.
