Hello Coaches,
My name is Brandon Steffins and I currently live in the small town of 29 Palms, California. My family is stationed here because my dad is actively serving in the United States Marine Corps. Since the age of 5, I have had a true passion for the game and have had the opportunity to play all over the world. Some of my best memories growing up is time on the golf course with my dad. With his help, I am self-taught and just recently met with a PGA Professional for the first time to enhance my game. My dream is to represent my college both on and off the golf course, and maybe someday become a PGA Professional.
While in college I would like to pursue an undergraduate degree in Sports Management or Business Management; with an emphasis on Sports and Entertainment Marketing. I am a great candidate for your team because I am skilled and educated in the game of golf, but I am willing to work longer and harder because I know I have room for improvement. My handicap index is 0.7, my competitive 18-hole average in 2014 is 75, and my competitive 9-hole average in 2014 is 37.
I am also a person that believes in doing the right thing. It's the principal that I live by. I am responsible, focused, driven, committed, and team-oriented. I also have a great sense of humor and love to make people laugh! I really appreciate the time you have taken to review my profile, and I am very hopeful that you will consider me as a unique and valuable addition to your team.
