Hi, my name is Anthony Lore, and I am currently a Junior at Regis Jesuit High School located in Aurora, Colorado. What is unique to my experience with golf is I only started playing the game 4 years ago when we moved from Chicago to Colorado. Originally, I played baseball and basketball, but fell in love with the game of golf as soon as I picked up a club. Since then, I have grown so much in things like course management, knowing the golf swing mechanics, and learning how to practice more effectively. I was voted as hardest worker on my High School golf team two years in a row (Sophomore and Junior year) by teammates and coaches which shows how dedicated I am to the game. Along with working hard, I try my best to develop solid relationships with anyone I meet including coaches, teammates, and playing partners. I am constantly working everday to get better at my passion. Some of my hard work has paid off earning myself 2023 High School Regional Champion and a scratch handicap. Overall, golf is a game of perfection and I am continually striving to see how close I can come.
