Emory Ezzell '24 ...Personal Statement
I started playing golf as soon as I could walk. My parents had to fence in our backyard to keep my golf shots out of the road, and they were constantly buying me new plastic clubs because I broke them so frequently. I have always loved the outdoors, especially fishing, bird hunting, Scuba diving, and even a little gardening. I have also loved sports my whole life, and I played every sport I could in elementary school. Now, as a high schooler, I play varsity golf, varsity soccer, and varsity baseball, but golf has always been my first and favorite sport.
