Hello, I am excited to start my junior year with in-person school! I moved back to the United States (after being in The Netherlands for 4 years because my Dad is active duty Coast Guard) the summer before my sophomore year! My school ended up being virtual the whole school year due to the pandemic. I was lucky enough to be able to play on the Varsity golf team. I had only been playing golf for 6 weeks before I made the team! I went from one of the worst to one of the top 5 on my team. This winter and, spring and summer I have been working hard on my golf game. Taking lessons and just playing as much as I can. I am hopeful that this year my grades will improve a bit too. I am dyslexic and virtual learning was a little tricky for me. I am looking foreward to taking Honors Marine Biology! I spent my spring break , studying and taking the Red Cross Certification for lifeguarding and have been working all summer. I hope you will consider me for your team.
