My collegiate goals are to play golf with a four year college/university while studying for a degree in Business or Sports Management. I have played multiple sports throughout my life, such as football, baseball and basketball, but golf is my passion. I have been playing golf since I was five years old and learning from my father. He was a college golfer and I want to follow in his footsteps by playing at the next level. I have learned a lot from him about how to handle myself under pressure, and how to move forward after having a bad hole and not let it derail my score. I have played team golf for the past six years with my school, and I look forward to my upcoming Senior season. This past year, our Varsity team was second place in the State tournament, and we were only one shot off from winning. My goal is to help my team bring home the State Championship title this year. I have also been playing in tournaments with SJGT and Georgia PGA Junior Tour to improve my scores and become more competitive. I would be a good candidate for a team because I have a very competitive spirit, I don't give up and keep fighting, and I am supportive of my teammates. My approach to golf is to play one hole at a time, one shot at a time.
