Griffin Blount '24 Recruiting Profile

I believe I could be a very strong asset for many teams collegiately, specifically colleges in the state of Georgia because of mu strong academic prowess. I have a high GPA and satisfactory SAT scores that I will continue to increase which would make me eligible for the HOPE Tuition Scholarship which would cover nearly 75% of expenses. Outside of academics however, I could be a weapon for teams looking for a stable consistent golfer that will eliminate high scores and remain around even par. I think for many teams, they could very much benefit from a golfer like myself. I have a reliable short game and a consistent driving ability allowing me to keep the ball in bounds and gain strokes from tee to green. Lastly I believe my iron game while shaky at times, is still very above average will my contact being something I can depend on. For these reasons I believe I could fit well on many D-2 and potentially some D-1 programs.
