I am a passionate and highly motivated golfer looking to play golf at the collegiate level. I play high school golf and placed third in my league for the 2021 season and was named to the Intermountain League District team. The 2021 (sophomore year) season was really my first real year of competitive golf because I didn't get to play my freshman year due to the Idaho High School golf season being cancelled for Coronavirus. I have lots of exposure to golf because I work at Priest Lake Golf Course in Priest Lake, Idaho. Because of this I play almost every day during the summer. Because of where I live I only get to play golf about 8 months out of the year due to long snowy winters. However I do what I can to practice throughout the winter. My handicap index is a 7.0 at the moment. I am a great student with a 3.93 unweighted GPA, and a 4.05 weighted GPA. I also have earned a varsity letter in soccer and basketball. In soccer, I earned all league honors my junior season playing keeper. In basketball I started every game my sophomore season helping my team go to state. I would be a great candidate for a college team because of my motivation in the classroom, and on the golf course.
