2022 SpotlightPersonal Statement
Throughout the years I have spent time playing baseball and hockey, however in the recent years I have found my true love for golf. I started off attending weekend leagues with my dad and his buddies and I loved the environment the sport created. With the help from my amazing coaches and supportive family I was able to gain the skill and knowledge that allowed me to lead my high school varsity golf team my freshman and sophomore year. This sport has brought me joy and continues to every time I step onto the course. I would love to play golf at the collegiate level and I stride to be a devoted student athlete. Golf will allow me to play the sport I love while pursuing my desired career. Although the title student athlete comes with a lot of responsibilities it has been all I ever dreamed of.
