Hello, my name is Michael. I have been playing Golf since I was very young, playing at our local 18 hole Par 3 courses when I was around three years old. I have been a part of PGA Junior League winning teams and a great golf athletic program at Prospect High School. My Coaches considered me to be one of the leaders on their teams.
I have also developed, many consider, a fundamentally sound Golf swing, along with a very good academic and athletic work ethic over the years. I have put countless hours a week towards perfecting my golf game and getting stronger in the weight room.
I want coaches to know that I don't just want to play college golf, I want to win and have success playing college golf. I have had a ton of experience playing golf with a lot of great golfers and talking to a lot of good coaches since I was young. I think that shows with my golf game and demeanor on the course. I take pride in the energy and athleticism that I bring along with the confidence I have in myself from many, many hours of practice. But I think more importantly, I take pride in how I deal with bad shots and always look to make my next shot better, one swing at a time.
I would like to play competitive Golf in college, but I also believe that my college education is very important and will always be my first priority. I am looking to study in kinesiology or exercise science. I want to become a physical therapist when I'm older.
