Personal Statement

I have always loved the game of golf. I started playing at the age of four years old. I played in my first tournament when I was six years old and I won. I have played in countless tournaments throughout my life and I have had a lot of success. I know I can bring that same success to any team I play on. My dream is to become an NCAA Mens Golf National Champion. I would be a great contribution to a team because I have a fun personality and I can post good scores. I encourage my teammates whenever they are down and it helps them play better. Something that separates me from other players is my ability to put bad shots/holes/rounds behind me. There is nothing you can do to change the outcome of the last hole or shot, just do it better the next time. I have had great success in my academics, making A honor roll every single year. I am in honors classes and I took two college classes as a sophomore and right now I will graduate with 18 college credits. I would be thrilled to be a part of your team.

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
