Collin Haines '18 Recruiting Profile

My goals for college are to get the best education that I can with the degree that I want, while being able to play the game of golf that I love so much at the same time. My freshman and sophomore year of high school, I had just began developing as a golfer. It was not until after those years that I started playing competitively in the summer and really developing my game. I was fortunate to find an amazing swing coach who has helped me tremendously to be the best player that I can be. 

I believe that my love for golf and my desire to be the best sets me aside from all other candidates. I believe that I have the capability to play at a high level and the work ethic to be really good. I have worked very hard in school and on the golf course to be the best that I can be. I believe that I have not only the talent to play at the college level, but the commitment and character to be a good player and teammate. I am a multi-sport athlete who knows what it takes to be good and is willing to outwork anyone.
