  • I've been playing golf since I was 5 years old, so just about 12 years now, I now only practice with instructions from my coach and drills, I have learned recently to practice with a purpose and a serious improvement has occured.

  • At the start of this year I made an effort to train for flexibility and have been slightly inconsistent in these training efforts, but in the last 2 months I have made an effort to receive a golf orentated gym training session that I do atleast 3-4 times a week, since these 2 months I feel I am able to hit it slightly longer and will continue to do so as I keep my flexibilty.
