Jack Bakerink '22 Recruiting Profile

High School Senior, starting college Fall 2022 

I maintain steady grades while participating in varsity soccer and golf. I finished my junior year with a cumulative GPA of 3.83 and have taken several honors and AP courses. I made great improvements heading into my junior year. I competed in all varsity tournaments as either the top or number two player. I made second team all-conference and finished in the top ten at regionals, qualifying for the Kansas State 5A tournament. Even though I didn’t finish the the way I wanted at state, I gained a lot of experience and am now pursuing another run for my senior year. 

Outside of the high school season, I still play and practice golf every chance I get. I even work at a golf course, so I’m around the game a lot. I am a hard worker and am always striving to improve my game in every way. I am hoping to continue to gain experience and improve my scores and consistency.
