2022 Highlights Personal Statement
I joined NCSA to improve my chances of being recruited. I currently live in Ellinwood, Kansas, directly in the middle of Kansas. I currently am a 3 sport athlete (Cross Country, Basketball, and Golf). I grew up playing competitive baseball, but after duel sporting my Freshman year, I decided to concentrate solely on Golf.
I am a great candidate as a collegiate golfer due to my work ethic and ability to handle being coached. I believe that natural ability only goes so far. I won't be outworked. I believe this is a large part of my small successes this far.
What makes me different? Golf is something that was never pushed on me. It is a sport that found me and I have a passion for it. Golf is something that I simply love to do. I feel that my competitive drive and ability to learn the game is what makes me stand out.
