Personal Statement
The game of golf is something I'm extremely passionate about. Although it's more of an independent sport, it has allowed me to become more driven, focused, and competitive. It has allowed me to challenge myself to be better and dedicate my time to improving. As a student who excels in the classroom, I have the work ethic it takes to keep making those improvements and taking steps to achieve new goals. I began playing my sophomore year after an injury that sat me out of my baseball season. Through dedication and hard work I was able to improve my golf game immensely and begin winning tournaments.
