I am passionate about golf and hope to continue to play competitively at the college level. My collegiate goals include earning an excellent, well-rounded education that will prepare me for any number of potential careers. I am looking for a college that offers smaller class sizes and a low faculty to student ratio. I am interested in receiving a liberal arts education with an emphasis on the social sciences, including history. I am also looking for a college that offers nearby access to top quality golf practice and playing facilities. I am a strong believer that the rules and spirit of golf, if lived every day on and off the golf course, can help people make good decisions and do the right thing. I have a strong character as exhibited by my perfect disciplinary record at school and my unquestioned reputation among coaches, teammates and peers as an honorable, hard-working, team-oriented student athlete. While my grades are not as good as I wish they could be, I work really hard, never give up, always turn my work in on time and have always earned high praise from teachers and coaches for my discipline and work ethic. I also understand and appreciate that the student-athlete relationship with a college does not end after a diploma is earned. I intend to be supportive and involved with whatever college I attend for my entire life.
