My name is Tyler Pino and I live in Sandwich, MA. As a student-Athlete, I am excited about furthering my education as well as my golf game. I love to play golf and my goal is to one day soon play at the collegiate level. As my game has improved over the years, so has my passion for the sport. I feel I would be a great fit and asset to most any college team roster because of my work ethic to practice and improve, my willingness to learn and grow and desire to succeed and win. As a Varsity high school player, I've learned the importance of teamwork and will continue to work with my coaches and teammates to continuously improve not only my game, but our teams’ game this season and throughout college. I believe what sets me apart from other recruits is my perspective. I see practice as an opportunity. I see coaches as mentors. I see underclassmen as protegees. I take seriously the motto that golf is a “gentleman’s sport”. I believe in civility, respect, and integrity on and off the course. I work hard in everything I do and approach my schoolwork with the same drive, perseverance, and optimism as I do my sport. Tiger Woods has said, “No matter how good you get you can always get better”. I couldn’t agree more.
