Zachary Melzar '21 Recruiting Profile

I’m currently a junior at Wachusett Regional High School, I have been on the varsity boys golf team since my freshman year where I played in the districts tournament in the number 6 spot on a team that went 16-4 that year. As well as playing golf, I also work as a junior intern at Old Sturbridge Village.  I also play the oboe for my schools wind ensemble which is the honors band and I performed at Disney this year. When I go to college I would like to be that person who grows and develops but also helps the team be better both athletically but also in team chemistry. I have been taught to always put team first, which I plan on doing that on a future college golf team. I’m also named as the 2020 team captain for Wachusett.
