I have been playing golf competitively for 4 years, and each year I continue to grow. I am constantly working on my game mentally or physically. Practicing indoors during the winter has made me a great ball striker and even better shot maker. What makes me stand out compared to other golfers my age is that I don’t let how I’m hitting, weather, other players or any external force effect my round. I do not allow a bad shot to mentally bring me down, no matter the conditions, who im playing with, or even how im hitting, I am trying to score and beat the course.
Along with practicing in the winter, I also broadcast snocross in affiliations with CBS Sports. I have been broadcasting for 5 years. Just like golf, broadcasting came very natural to me, and I plan to go to school for communications and media studies. Broadcasting has given me many lessons that tie in with my golf game, and I plan on getting better in both aspects in my life.
