Golf is my passion. I love it because it’s a challenge mentally and physically. I love a good challenge. I am very focused at succeeding in anything I do, especially mastering my own game. Competing competitively allows me to play under pressure and that is where my sweet spot tends to be. When you can play under pressure, you can win.
What is appealing to me about competing at the collegiate level is everything. Being surrounded by like minded people who take the game seriously. To be surrounded by and compete with the greatest teams in the US. All to further help me grow and get closer to my dream.
I believe I can contribute great team work, good vibes, and also great scores.
What sets me apart from other players is my size, but my swing and power is unique so I hit it just as far as them. I also probably have more tournament experience than most. I’ve played in over 200 tournaments and have won just over 50 tournaments.
My work ethic toward golf and how it compares to my effort toward school- I would say I put in 110% effort into both. I like golf more than school, but in order to play golf you have to do well in school and I plan to keep this mindset throughout college.
