2022 Highlights Personal Statement
I would like to compete at the highest level possible. I am a very competitive person, and I love playing golf as much as I love the competition. I was very disappointed with my performance last year, so I made some adjustments with my swing, which has led to lower scores. My work ethic is much better out on the course and in the classroom as I have been working on my game more, rather than just playing. I now feel I have what it takes to compete at a high level. I have also been working on my emotion levels out on the course while in tournaments, staying patient and focusing on one shot at at time. I am much more confident this year and I believe I am going to shoot some lower scores in this year's tournaments. I still feel I am not playing to my full potential, but believe that under par tournament rounds are in my near future.
