Landon Olson '24 Recruiting Profile

I started playing golf when I was eight years old, and once I started, I couldn’t stop. As I first entered high school, I knew I wanted to play golf in college. I worked hard everyday, even in the winter when it was snowing. In the winter, I play basketball, but that does not stop me from working on my swing.  I work on swing improvements with Allen Terrell and practice on a simulator all winter.  My work ethic carries over to the classroom, too, where I maintain a 3.9 GPA. As a collegiate golfer, I intend to improve my game and strive to be a leader to my teammates around me. As a high school junior, I have led my team to two division titles and a state championship. I intend to continue this success into college and beyond.
