November 2022Personal Statement
I am a high school golfer, who from a young age has been encouraged to play golf. At first I wanted nothing to do with golf, but when I reached middle school my whole mindset about the sport changed. I slowly became more and more In love with the sport as time went on. Each summer I continued to play much more frequently and grew as not only a golfer but a person. At the point I’m at now, golf is really my main goal. I have set the goal for myself to be a collegiate golfer and I have not looked back. I am somebody who competes at all times while still being a team player. I look forward to growing not only on the course as a player, but as a human in general, and I’m excited to see where the sport takes me.
