Personal Statement
Growing up on the Navajo Nation, there isn’t many athletes who have an opportunity to showcase themselves. I want to change that. I have sights of playing collegiate golf for not only myself and my family, but for the community and the people in it that surround around me. I haven’t played golf long, I have no coach, I hit off of old mats or dirt, but I believe I can be a good addition to any college roster. I know what it means to be a student athlete and I know the work it takes to be a successful athlete. I’m coach able and I know I can be a player who can inspire those around me.
